We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Used Car Sales Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Lead the acquisition and management of used car inventory. Evaluate trade-ins, purchases, and wholesale opportunities to ensure a diverse and profitable selection of vehicles.
  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales performance by setting clear goals, motivating the sales team, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
  • Financial Acumen: Apply your strong financial knowledge to maximize profitability. Manage pricing strategies, profit margins, and finance deals in alignment with company goals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed decisions that keep our inventory competitive and desirable.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience by working closely with the sales and service teams to address customer needs and concerns promptly.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory control, sales reporting, and compliance with all dealership policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Used Car Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong financial analysis skills with a deep understanding of vehicle financing, pricing strategies, and profit maximization.
  • Extensive knowledge of vehicle acquisition processes, including trade-ins, auctions, and wholesale channels.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and managing a successful sales team.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
