Internet Sales Representatives

Due to continued growth, we are seeking motivated, customer-focused Internet Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will respond to online inquiries, connect with potential buyers, and help guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process.

Previous automotive sales experience is not required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, account management, retail sales, hospitality, call centers, financial services, or restaurant industries often thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet leads and online inquiries
• Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email
• Provide information on vehicles, features, pricing, and availability
• Schedule and confirm dealership appointments
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM
• Follow up with customers to assist throughout the buying process
• Participate in team meetings, training, and dealership activities

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport and manage customer relationships
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused
• Valid driver’s license
