As our Internet Sales Manager, you’ll lead a team focused on turning online leads into sales opportunities, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and helping drive dealership growth.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage internet sales team and leads
• Ensure leads are managed in a timely manner 
• Strong customer follow through  
• Work with customers throughout the buying process
• Work closely with dealership management and F&I 

Job requirements: 

• Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive environment 
• Management experience a plus 
• Ability to motivate a team 
• Strong computer proficiency 
• Good written and verbal communication skills 
• Self-motivated 
• Customer-focused
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
