We are currently seeking a results-driven, hands-on Automotive General Sales Manager to help lead and grow our used car operation – Loyalty Used Car Super Center in Petersburg.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop sales forecasts and strategies to achieve sales goals and growth 
  • Recruit, coach, and drive performance of sales team
  • Handle customer issues and concerns quickly and professionally 
  • Present sales reports and forecasts to management team 
  • Manage sales team to optimize performance and employee goals 
  • Vehicle appraisals

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive retail and finance management 
  • Track record of sales success and leadership
  • Used car experience 
  • Dedicated to delivering great customer experiences  
  • Attention to detail 
  • Ability to problem solve 
  • Effective communicator
  • Passion for mentoring and managing people 
  • Computer and automotive CRM programs proficiency
