We are currently seeking a results-driven, hands-on Automotive General Sales Manager to help lead and grow our Richmond operation.
THE ROLE
The General Sales Manager plays a key leadership role in driving performance, accountability, and culture within the sales department. This position works closely with the General Manager to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals while developing a motivated, high-performing team.
