Loyalty Toyota is seeking an experienced, well-connected and performance-driven F&I Manager to lead and elevate our Finance and Insurance team.

Loyalty Toyota is a high-volume, profitable dealership and part of Loyalty Automotive, a successful, locally owned group of dealerships and collision repair centers headquartered in Richmond. This position offers an accomplished F&I professional the opportunity to lead within a strong operation while building a long-term career with a growing automotive organization.

The F&I Manager will drive department performance, strengthen lender relationships, ensure compliance, develop team members and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the financing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the F&I department, ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient customer experience
  • Work directly with customers to explain financing options, terms, and approval paths
  • Present and sell aftermarket products 
  • Develop forecasts, strategies, and performance plans to achieve department goals, growth, and profitability
  • Recruit, coach, and manage the performance of the F&I team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, banks, and credit unions
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and dealership policies
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns quickly, professionally, and with a solutions-first mindset
  • Deliver reporting and performance insights to the management team
  • Collaborate with General Manager, Sales Managers and leadership to optimize the full deal flow
  • Support vehicle appraisals and deal structuring as needed

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of success in automotive F&I
  • Senior-level F&I experience 
  • Established lender relationships and strong understanding of lender programs
  • Experience working with subprime credit customers and complex approvals
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation ability
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Computer and dealership software proficiency 

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive, performance-based compensation package with earning potential of $250,000–$300,000, along with:
