What You’ll Do:
- Guide customers through the vehicle shopping and buying process
- Help customers identify the vehicle, features, and options that best fit their needs
- Present Loyalty’s value-added products and service offerings
- Review financing and ownership options with customers
- Coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery experience
- Build lasting customer relationships through post-sale follow-up
- Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
Requirements for the Position:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, customer-first attitude
- Motivation to learn and achieve goals
- Computer and digital proficiency
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
