Loyalty Toyota Collision is looking for a Collision Office Manager who drives performance and inspires excellence. This is not an entry-level administrative role; this is a leadership position inside a growing, high-volume collision center that values accountability, culture, and results.
Core Responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage all front-office operations
- Supervise CSRs, administrative staff, and customer communication flow
- Manage AR, insurance billing, supplements, and final invoicing
- Ensure DRP compliance and insurer documentation accuracy
- Monitor cycle time performance and customer updates
- Reconcile repair orders and maintain financial accuracy
- Oversee payroll/timekeeping accuracy for the office team
- Maintain OEM and Toyota brand standards
- Deliver a white-glove customer experience
Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years collision office or collision management experience
- Strong knowledge of DRP processes and insurance billing
- Experience with estimating systems (CCC preferred)
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Thorough understanding of gross profit, AR aging, and production flow
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven culture
