Loyalty Toyota Collision is looking for a Collision Office Manager who drives performance and inspires excellence. This is not an entry-level administrative role; this is a leadership position inside a growing, high-volume collision center that values accountability, culture, and results.


Core Responsibilities include: 

  • Lead and manage all front-office operations
  • Supervise CSRs, administrative staff, and customer communication flow
  • Manage AR, insurance billing, supplements, and final invoicing
  • Ensure DRP compliance and insurer documentation accuracy
  • Monitor cycle time performance and customer updates
  • Reconcile repair orders and maintain financial accuracy
  • Oversee payroll/timekeeping accuracy for the office team
  • Maintain OEM and Toyota brand standards
  • Deliver a white-glove customer experience

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years collision office or collision management experience
  • Strong knowledge of DRP processes and insurance billing
  • Experience with estimating systems (CCC preferred)
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Thorough understanding of gross profit, AR aging, and production flow
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-driven culture
