Position Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist for our Collision Center. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience from arrival to repair completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately.
- Schedule repair appointments and update the scheduling system as needed.
- Assist customers with questions regarding estimates, repairs, and vehicle status.
- Open and accurately enter customer and vehicle information into repair orders (ROs).
- Coordinate with estimators, technicians, and the rental department to ensure customer needs are met.
- Communicate repair timelines and updates to customers clearly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
- Handle administrative tasks as assigned, including scanning, filing, and data entry.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred; experience in an automotive or collision center a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with basic computer systems and office software.
