We’re seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals who are ready to learn and build a successful career in automotive sales. No automotive sales experience is required. Whether you have experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, restaurants, banking, or are just starting your career, we’ll provide the training, support, and tools you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do:
- Guide customers through the vehicle shopping and buying process
- Help customers identify the vehicle, features, and options that best fit their needs
- Present Loyalty’s value-added products and service offerings
- Review financing and ownership options with customers
- Coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery experience
- Build lasting customer relationships through post-sale follow-up
- Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
Requirements for the Position:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, customer-first attitude
- Motivation to learn and achieve goals
- Computer and digital proficiency
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
